ECS LLC Contractual agreement of services

As the purchaser of the private picnic / Create and Sip service you agree to the following:

1.  Full amount due when booking ( add-ons can be purchased up to 48 hours before the event)

2. 48 hours notice cancellation -  full reimbursement. 24 hours -half reimbursement.                                             

Day of cancellation no refund but you can reschedule for a later date that is available at your convenience ( up to a year of cancelled date).

3. No dark beverages allowed due to staining of the décor.

4. Location will be within 30 miles of my central location a gas/toll charge of an additional $30 (no more that 20  additional miles)

5. INDOOR SERVICES- As a guest in your home, we will be fully masked and décor will always be cleaned, disinfected, and properly sanitized.

6. Customer agrees to pay for damaged items that are beyond repair (broken furniture, ripped décor, stained with dark beverages)

7. No smoking

8. Clear and clean the area for your indoor picnic before hand ( a photo of the space will be needed prior to event)

9. Extra 30 minute for $50 can be paid prior(up to the day of) to the event or at the event prior to breaking down of the décor at the end of the 2.5 hour allotment.

* Friday  book between 6pm-9pm, Saturday Sundays book events between 10 am-8pm.  We require 30-60 min. to set up depending on party size and services.
